If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return at any time within 30 days for a refund. Simply contact us to obtain an RMA number to return the unwanted item for a refund. When your RMA is received and has completed our return process (please allow 5-10 business days), you will see a credit for the product reflected onto your original credit card. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note, we cannot accept returns after 30 days of receipt.

On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify Bellasvago within the first 3 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will make every reasonable effort to correct our mistake. Typically, the correction includes the re-shipment of the corrected item and providing our customers with a prepaid UPS return label to return the mis-shipped item.
Address Correction Charges
Occasionally our customers mis-type their delivery address in the shopping cart and their product cannot be delivered. If your product was shipped via USPS and there is an incorrect address, the product will be shipped back to us as undeliverable. The USPS does not allow us to correct the address and re-direct the shipment for an incorrect address. If we are notified that your address is “undeliverable” we will notify you via email and ask for your correct address. We will be glad to re-ship you a replacement product but we will have to charge you a $10.00 address correction and re-shipping fee so please be careful to make sure your address is correct when you enter it into the shopping cart.
